Every deposit is acknowledged on Fruit Salad Farm official email receipt showing
    1. Deposit amount
    2. Day and date of arrival
    3. Number of people booked in party [Adults and Children]
    4. Balance of account {as booked} to be paid prior to departure.
 
This booking confirmation is emailed to guest, subject to email address being supplied. Credit Reciept will be provided at check in.

The proprietors reserve the right to refuse any booking {subject to law}, and to cancel any reservation, if a deposit is not received in the terms outlined above.
 
Arrival Time - 2.00.p.m. or after.
Departure Time by Noon.

Early check in or late check if possible incures addtional charges

No animals are allowed in or about the cottages.

Before 14 days of arrival , refund in full less $35 booking fee.
Between 14 days and 3 days of booking refund in full less $35 booking fee if cottage is relet.
Within 3 days of arrival no refund
No shows ----- no refund.
No refunds or reductions, for departure earlier than booked departure date.

Bookings Through Travel Agents
 
If booking through a travel agent, please check the individual agent's cancellation policy.
